e. Clearly write the provided RA number on the outside of the package.
f. Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Service team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
3. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days using the original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
